Banh Mi Burgers



BURGERS

40oz Ground Turkey

2 tsp salt

2 tsp black pepper

1 TBSP dried Basil

4 tsp minced garlic

6 green onions, finely chopped

3 TBSP Soy Sauce

2 TBSP Sesame Oil

SRIRACHA MAYO

1 cup Mayonnaise

2 TBSP Sriracha

TOPPINGS

Quick pickled onions, carrots, radishes

1/2 cup roughly chopped cilantro

Pickled jalapenos

3 mini cucumbers, sliced


1. Heat the oven to 425 degrees. cover a jelly roll pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine turkey, salt, pepper, basil, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Form the turkey mixture into 8 patties. Bake the patties for 30 minutes.

2. Combine the sriracha and mayo together until smooth.

3. Serve the patties with buns, sriracha mayo, and toppings.
